Refund policy
We want to make sure you're totally happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect in any way, please send us a message to hello@cherryfolk.com within 5 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All sales are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective product. We recommend ordering a smaller candle or perfume discovery box before committing to our larger sizes.
