Shipping policy

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states in the US via ground shipping.

Due to some of the natural raw materials used in our products, all orders need to be sent via UPS or USPS Ground to maintain quality.

Orders are processed within the timeframe posted on the banner at the top of our website (currently 2 weeks).  Shipping time with the carrier takes an additional 3-5 days (this is estimated, may be longer due to holidays or weather-related delays).

If email is provided, you will receive a notification with tracking when your order is on the way.  Please note that we are not responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Summer Shipping: Please note that in the warmer summer months, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid packages sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend.  Wax may soften slightly during shipping.
